Description of the Valve Pressure relief valves are safety devicesthat cut overpressure in order to protect other devices or the whole system incase of an emergency. Also, these valves can be used to define a maximum systempressure. These valves are adjustable through alockable setting-screw and the set-pressure is independent from the flowthrough the valve. The valve is body ported and can be mountedto a line directly.
